The Basiskort is an alternative for those who cannot or do not wish to use an app when traveling.

There are two types of Basiskort: the personal Basiskort for 50 kr. and the anonymous Basiskort for 80 kr.

• The easiest way to order the Personal Basiskort is at rejsekort.dk/basiskort.  If you need personal assistance, you can also visit a sales location or contact Rejsekort Customer Service. Please note that, for the time being, you must have MobilePay to purchase a Basiskort at a point of sale or over the phone.

The physical Rejsekort closed in June 2026. Instead, you can choose to use our other travel solutions.

There are no ticket machines at the Light Rail stations. Instead, we refer you to the digital solutions or the Basiskort.
