Travel guarantee rules
If The Light Rail is delayed for more than 30 minutes, you can get a refund if you take alternative transport to get there. The Light Rail will cover your costs up to DKK 300.
If The Light Rail is delayed for half an hour or more, The Light Rail will pay if you have to use alternative transport. Alternative transport can be a taxi or renting a bike share, electric scooter or car share.
