Validity area

• The complimentary tickets can only be used on the Greater Copenhagen Light Rail.
• The tickets cannot be used on other modes of transport such as the Metro, buses, S-trains, or regional trains.
• If you wish to use other public transport during the same journey, a separate ticket must be purchased.

Value

• One ticket has a value of up to DKK 30.
• The full package of 5 complimentary tickets has a total value of up to DKK 150.

Validity period

• One ticket is valid for 75 minutes from activation.
• Valid for one adult – you may bring up to two children under the age of 12 free of charge.
• You may activate multiple tickets at the same time and share them with your fellow passengers.
• The tickets must be used no later than 30 June 2026.

Ticket inspection

• During ticket inspection, the activated ticket must be presented in the Rejsebillet app to the Light Rail staff.

Refunds

• The tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or reimbursed in any other way.

How to use your complimentary tickets

1. Download the Rejsebillet app and create a user profile.
   (If you already have the app, you can skip directly to step 2.)
2. Click the link you received in your email.
3. Complete the purchase in the Rejsebillet app (for DKK 0).
4. Click the link in the email each time you want to redeem one of your 5 tickets.
